All I can say is be very careful. The person giving the estimate was very pleasant and so were the ladies who cleaned our apartment. But beware, during the first cleaning they left a window unlocked. This is a security concern for us because our apartment is on the ground floor and we have been robbed in the past.
When we brought this to the attention of the man who gave us the initial estimate, he said he would pass that information along to the cleaning crew.
On the third cleaning, TWO windows were left unlocked and the blinds were OFF of one window and left open on two other windows.

Obviously, we were upset. When we called our contact person at Molly Maids, he didn't react with any sense that this was important. He didn't offer another cleaning crew, or even offer an apology and refund the fee.
So because of his lack of concern, we asked him to drop off our key and cancel the service to which he said he couldn't do that. If we wanted our key back we would have to come get it!
The total lack of professionalism and concern for the safety of our home was deeply disturbing.

To anyone considering Molly Maids, I would be very careful. We are not impressed.
