They missed the appt, but phoned to reschedule, then showed up a different day than they said, and ungodly early in the morning, at 6:30am. Many of the window screen tabs were broken off, and several screens were put back on wrong windows. Many of the windows were left streaky and with smudges. They didn't even bother to clean the garage windows. We had to hire another company to do the job properly. Never returned our call to complain, and then had the audacity to threaten to file a lien on our property when we didn't pay the invoice. Of course they never did, because they knew they were in the wrong, entirely.
